This is a great trail with many options for different riding levels. Beginner to intermediate single track. 6-mile beginner loop with additional 5-½ miles of optional advanced hill climbs

Intermediate to advanced single track with seven miles of additional challenging hills. Several miles of separate beginner trail also available.
Bethpage
Bethpage State Park picnic area. $4.00 Parking fee.

Calverton
Rt 25 about 0.6 mi. east of Wading River-Manorville Rd., 3.5 mi. East of William Floyd Parkway. Parking area is just east of the Wading River Motel.
 
Beginner to intermediate single track. 8-½ mile loop. 1-½ miles of optional advanced hill climbs.
Eastport
CR 51 just north of CR 111.

Accessible from Bethpage State Park, Stilwell Woods or the parking area on Rt 25 in Woodbury just east of Stop and Shop.
 
Intermediate to advanced with some challenging hills

South Woods Road, Syossett. Soccer field parking lot.
 
Intermediate to advanced single track with an additional two miles of challenging hills as well as two miles of separate beginner trail.

Glacier Ridge Nature Preserve
Take 495 to Exit 63 Ocean Ave. (North), follow to Bicycle Path Road and make a right, go to Independance Hill Drive and make a left (Town of Brookhaven Town Hall), go to the end and park near the windmill, trail entrance is to the left of the low white building (mulched path leads to trail head/kiosk).

Intermediate to advanced singletrack (narrow) with two optional diamond loops and fire roads.
